Live-action adaptation of the 1937 Disney animated film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Following comments from Peter Dinklage that the dwarves in the original film were depicted in a negative light, Disney announced on January 25, 2022, that they would be taking a different approach to the characters, including consulting members of the dwarfism community. Many fans of the original, including Dylan Postl, pointed out that many of Dinklage’s remarks were incorrect. For example, he said the dwarves did not live in a cave.
